Beach Travel Getaway: Costa Rica

Costa Rica literally means, "Rich Coast" and is officially known as the Republic of Costa Rica. It is a country located in Central America, bordered by Nicaragua to the north, Panama to the southeast, the Pacific Ocean to the west, the Caribbean Sea to the east, and Ecuador to the south. Costa Rica is divided into the following seven provinces: San José, Alajuela, Heredia, Cartago, Puntarenas, Guanacaste, and Limon. Each province is subdivided into regions, which are then further subdivided into districts.
